Only textbooks on the official list bearing the seal of the state and signed by the Minister of Basic Education are required to students in all public and private school throughout the national territory.

The Minister of Basic education Laurent Serge Etoundi Ngoa has published the official list of textbooks for the 2022/2023 academic school year.
The 8-page document contains the list of textbooks per class and are available in bookshops all over the national territory.
For transparency reasons, prices of each textbooks are also indicated..
Parents wishing to save some money may also get used textbook from bookshops.
